Manufacturer boat capacity weight restrictions will be adhered to. No extra passengers will be allowed on boats. |

AGE LIMIT FOR RENTERS
Anyone 15 years or younger shall be accompanied by an adult while renting from us. Young adults 17 years or younger shall have a parent or guardian sign the waiver form acknowledging that they are aware that minors are renting from us and understand the risks involved. |

TAX EXEMPT
We require a photocopy of your 501-3 non-profit status and a copy of your Florida Tax exempt certificate. Payment form must match the name on the certificate. Personal credit cards are not accepted for tax-exempt sales. |

We accept cash, MasterCard/Visa, and American Express. Sorry no checks. |

HOURS OF OPERATION
The park is open daily from 8:00am to sunset. Blue Moon Outdoor Center is open 9:00am to sunset Monday through Friday and 8:00am to sunset Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. All rentals must be back to BMOC prior to Sunset. |

PARK ENTRANCE FEE
ADMISSION FEE:
$6.00 per vehicle. Limit 2-8 people per vehicle.
$4.00 Single Occupant Vehicle.
$2.00 Pedestrians, bicyclists, extra passengers, passengers in vehicle with holder of Annual Individual Entrance Pass.
$2.00 per person on a bus
CABIN RENTALS:

PETS
Pet owners are welcome to bring their pets kayaking, canoeing or to just hang out in the park. They must be kept on a leash at all times. |

WEATHER
We do not offer rain checks. Once you begin your rental, we expect you to get off the water when lightning occurs. It is your responsibility to check the weather forecast and make sure it is suitable to the activity you are panning. |

RESCUE FEE
On occasion, we get asked to help a stranded paddler return to our shop. We expect you, the renter, to return all gear to the launch site safely and within rental hours 8:00am – sunset, so we charge a rescue fee should you need our crew to go get you and your boat or bicycle from any other location.Important Note: if you leave or abandon the rented gear along the shore for any reason, you risk having the rental equipment getting lost or stolen and you are responsible for paying the full amount of the replacement costs of all items.Our rescue fee covers our costs for, truck, truck insurance, fuel, employees (2 needed), liability insurance.
